Quality Specialist Customers (40 HOURS; 32-36 HOURS NEGOTIABLE)

About the position

The QA/QC team aims to ensure and optimise the quality of our products and processes. We do this by implementing, managing and optimising quality systems so that the legal regulations and internal and external specifications (relating to product and process quality and food safety) and certification are complied with.

 

Together with your colleagues’s you are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance in relation to customers and for maintaining the assurance system in relation to customer requirements. Together with the rest of the team, you work on the further development of the quality system in terms of the standards for the organic market, the further roll-out of quality awareness within the departments and food safety monitoring. The organisation works with Navision.

 

As Quality Specialist Customers, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Consulting partner for the Key Account Managers of FI and CP and the customer service team;
  • Maintain up-to-date information on customer requirements for our products in terms of quality, legality, food safety and biological integrity and assess the feasibility of these requirements in consultation with the QA Specialist (Suppliers) team;
  • A point of contact for customers regarding quality, legality, food safety and biological integrity;
  • Participate in customer or internal audits where appropriate;
  • Filling in questionnaires;
  • Label compliance checks for own brands, private label and B2B packaging;
  • In the case of customer complaints, initiate internal investigations and monitor follow-up;
  • Specification management;
  • Independent performance and monitoring of all common administrative tasks on behalf of the team;

Who are WE looking for?

We would like to meet a Quality Specialist Customers who wants to make his 1th or 2the step in his careerère (1-3 years of experience in a similar position). Experience in the FMCG and/or organic industry is a pré. In addition, you will bring with you:

  • A completed HBO education, towards food and technology;
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to work stimulatingly in a team;
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • You are accurate, independent, driven, flexible, curious and proactive;
  • You know how to set priorities and you have progressive insight and a critical attitude. In addition, you are alert to compliance with procedures and have a solution-oriented and stress-resistant attitude;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a pré;
  • Knowledge of BRC and IFS certification schemes’s is a pré;
  • Affinance with organic food products;
