Functional Application Administrator (32-40 hours)

About the position
As a functional application manager, you will be involved in troubleshooting and preventing technical and functional problems. You do analyses and solve issues within the applications yourself. You will think along about improvements for upgrades and automation and implement these yourself from within the application management. You are also involved in devising solutions and implementing them for complex automation issues. As DO IT Organic, we are making more and more sales through our E-commerce platform, which is an important part of the work to further improve. As a functional application manager, you will report to the IT Manager and have a lot of contact with all departments and all levels of the organisation.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring stability of systems and improvements in cyber security;
- Coördinating role in master data management;
- Making further improvements to our E-commerce platform;
- Answering questions from the 2nd line helpdesk;
- You are a sparring partner for the IT Manager
- You participate in a variety of different IT projects (such as Navision upgrades, warehouse automation, order flow optimisation and our e-commerce platform);
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- A completed college education, preferably focused on ICT, automation and system administration,
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills to switch between all levels of the organisation
- You derive energy from working as part of a team;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
- You think in processes and are good at project management and bringing people together;
- Good general knowledge of databases;
- Extensive technical knowledge of the Microsoft platform, such as: Office 365, Azure, but also extensive knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Dynamics, Slimstock is a pré;
- You know how to set priorities and have progressive insight, asking the right questions;
- Knowledge and affinity with the organic sector in terms of products, quality assurance, safety, health and environment is a pré;
