Banana fried
The banana plant originated in Malaysia, where the banana fruit develops on a flower spike after it’s blossomed. Each plant produces one bunch of bananas, after which it dries out and is replaced by new shoots. Our organic banana chips are fried in fresh coconut oil and then dipped in a sugar/honey-syrup solution.
